Fire Marshal Training Course

The Fire Marshal Course is a 1/2 day course designed specifically for those who have been designated with the role of Fire Marshal. This course will look at the legal responsibilities of both the company and the individual. On completion of the course, learners will have a sound understanding of fire safety principles.

• Causes and characteristics of fire
• The hazards and risks associated with fire in the workplace
• How to use a range of fire controls
• The importance of a prompt and safe evacuation of the workplace in the event of a fire
• How to support individuals during an evacuation
• The roles of the fire marshal
• Practical demonstration on the safe use of fire extinguishers

How long does it take to complete?

This course is normally completed in ½ a day.

The course meets the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and is certificated by Sentinel Safety Solutions Ltd.
